Quality: Chips fried at the internationally recongnised temperature of 180`C, produce a better end product
Value: At that temperature Palm Oil does not break down as rapidly as Sunflower oil, thus less oil is absorbed: therfore the oil lasts longer.
Health: Palm Oil is cholesteral free and is rich in natural vitamins particularly Tocotrinol rich Vitamin E. Diets containing lower oil levels are considered healthier by leading nutritionists. The resultant slow oxidization produces lower levels of breakdown materials – FFA, PCM’s and PTF’s.
