PoE Switch 4 Port + 1 Uplink (RJ45) makes it possible to power a wide range of products, such as remotely controlled PTZ video cameras, access controlled doors, as well other devices that normally have a separate power supply. An important benefit of PoE+ is the ability to manage and reduce energy consumption over the enterprise through careful system integration. Utilising the energy-management ICs in each Powered Device (PD), the Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) can manage the power delivered on a port-by-port basis, thereby reducing costs by making better use of the PSE power supply.
